Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AstroNest platform. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of terms
AstroNest is operated by OneDot Links Inc., a corporation based in Ontario, Canada ("OneDot Links", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using AstroNest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. AstroNest is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age; by using the platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide the service to, or collect information from, anyone under 18.
2. Nature of the service
AstroNest provides astrological analysis based on classical Vedic methodology. Your chart and timing are computed by a deterministic engine; an AI language model narrates these computed facts into plain language and does not itself determine the astrology. All outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind — financial, medical, legal, or psychological.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use AstroNest for any unlawful purpose, to distribute harmful content, to reverse-engineer platform logic, or to resell outputs without an appropriate commercial agreement. When creating a chart for another person, you confirm you have their permission to share their birth information with AstroNest.
5. Subscription and billing
Access to premium features is subject to paid subscription plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are displayed at the time of purchase and on the billing page. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as selected) at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from the billing page or by contacting privacy@astro-nest.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then. One-time purchases, such as question packs, are non-recurring. Except where required by applicable law — including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 — payments are non-refundable; your non-waivable statutory cancellation and refund rights are not affected by these terms. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service at stripe.com/legal. AstroNest does not store your payment card details.
6. Intellectual property
All platform content, methodology, rule logic, and software are the intellectual property of OneDot Links Inc. and its licensors. AstroNest is a trademark of OneDot Links Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
AstroNest is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and disclaim liability for any decisions made based on platform outputs.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of AstroNest, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.
