These Terms of Service govern your use of the AstroNest platform. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AstroNest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Nature of the service
AstroNest provides astrological analysis outputs based on classical Vedic methodology. All outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — financial, medical, legal, or psychological.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use AstroNest for any unlawful purpose, to distribute harmful content, to reverse-engineer platform logic, or to resell outputs without an appropriate commercial agreement.
5. Subscription and billing
Access to premium features is subject to paid subscription plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are displayed at the time of purchase and on the billing page.
6. Intellectual property
All platform content, methodology, rule logic, and software are the intellectual property of AstroNest and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
AstroNest is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and disclaim liability for any decisions made based on platform outputs.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
